First time clients are asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. The therapist spends time listening to the client to truly understand the needs they may have in order to help their body release restricted tissues.

Bodywork sessions offered include a variety of different modalities with an emphasis on encouraging:

• A deeper relaxation during and after a session
• An immediate tension release in specific areas
• Strengthened immunity
• Feelings of peacefulness and calmness
• An improved sleep quality
• An improved muscle tone
• An improved blood circulation and digestion
