My focus is helping the body, mind and spirit heal through alternative forms of bodywork, and providing a space for improving one’s well-being. My specialized bodywork offers a hands-on, holistic approach to relieving pain, stress, emotions and restrictions that have accumulated in the body.
My training as a massage therapist began in 1996. I have trained in a large variety of many modalities. I incorporate all the skills form these modalities into each session. My specialties are CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger trained), Intuitive Bodywork / Massage and Energy Healing.
I have been in practice in Downtown Los Altos, California for over 16 years.
The healing powers of touch have been recognized throughout history. But perhaps at no other time has taking time for one’s self been so vital to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Each session is personalized according to the condition being treated and how the client responds during the session.
